Partnership Proposal
Confidential Partnership Proposal
Mike — thank you for the conversation. The following outlines the partnership we believe aligns Prodege's panel infrastructure with Recovery Insights Lab's research engine to produce decision-grade behavioral health intelligence that does not exist anywhere else today.
Executive Summary
Recovery Insights Lab (RIL) proposes a partnership that combines our political-grade research methodology and segmentation expertise with Prodege's consumer panel infrastructure to build the first high-velocity, decision-grade behavioral health intelligence platform. RIL designs the instrument and interprets the data. Prodege fields it. The output is intelligence that holds up in a boardroom, courtroom, or congressional office — produced in weeks, not years.
The immediate proving ground: an Indivior engagement delivering real-world opioid use disorder (OUD) data to policy makers at the Recovery Summit in September. That engagement is the case study that proves the model — and the template for everything that follows.
The Opportunity
Government data runs two to three years behind. Academic research moves at an academic pace. Pharmaceutical companies, payers, and policy makers are making consequential decisions on fragmented, outdated intelligence — and they know it.
The behavioral health field has never had access to the research infrastructure that decides elections and moves corporate strategy: large-scale survey operations, precision audience targeting, multivariate segmentation, and message testing calibrated for populations standard surveys were never designed to reach. That gap is the opportunity. Filling it requires panel reach RIL does not own — which is where Prodege comes in.
What RIL Brings
The capabilities Prodege does not have, and does not want to build:
What Prodege Brings
The reach RIL does not own, and does not want to replicate:
Prodege owns distribution. RIL owns interpretation. Neither is a commodity the other can easily replace.
The Integration
This is not a survey-buying arrangement. It is a two-engine integration where each side does what it is best at, and the handoff between them is the product:
The combination is what makes the intelligence high-quality: rigorous methodology on the front end, premium panel execution in the middle, and decision-grade interpretation on the back end. Remove any layer and the output degrades to commodity survey data.
The Proving Engagement
The first joint engagement is already in motion. Indivior has signaled that real-world OUD data needs to land in the hands of policy makers at the Recovery Summit in September. The specific audience and research objective are still being locked with Indivior; RIL has proposed six target segments (active MOUD patients, sustained recovery, treatment-naive, prescribers, family & caregivers, and payers/policy) and a working-backward timeline anchored to the Summit.
This engagement is the proving case. RIL designs and interprets; Prodege fields; the output is delivered to policy makers on deadline. Done well, it becomes the reference engagement that opens every subsequent conversation — with pharma, with payers, and with government.
Business Model
Why This, Why Now
The behavioral health funding environment, the policy momentum around OUD, the September Summit, and the absence of any credible incumbent in this research category all align right now. The first partnership that fields credible, real-time behavioral health intelligence at scale will define the category. We would like that to be us — together.
The Ask
We are ready to move immediately. The next conversation should align on the Indivior scope and the partnership terms so we can both field with confidence and deliver to policy makers on deadline.
Thank you, Mike. We believe this is the most consequential research partnership available in behavioral health today — and we would like to build it with you.
